Eglingham Children and Swan
Alnmouth, Northumberland, England, 2002 - Japanese Vogue

"Shona [Heath] made this giant swan out of cardboard, plywood and netting. It was taken on a November day, which started out with bright blue skies and water lapping gently onto the shore. But then a terrible storm rose up and the swan was swept into the sea along with three set designers frantically trying to bring it back into shore before it ended up in Denmark. It was battered but it was perfect." - Tim Walker, excerpt from Tim Walker: Pictures
